  • Helios Tattoo provides a 100% money back guarantee on any products that are found to be defective, within 60 days of purchase.

  • Shipping damages must be reported upon receipt of the package. Defective items must be reported to Helios Tattoo by phone at 516-697-6920, or by email at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

  • When requesting a return or exchange, we may ask you to send us a picture of the defective or incorrect product, and we will always require that you provide proof of purchase in the form of your receipt.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, and with the approval of Helios Tattoo by phone at 516-697-6920, or by email at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Helios will be responsible for the return shipping on all incorrectly shipped items. In the event that a customer places an order for an incorrect item, we will accept an exchange if the item remains unopened, and in new condition, however the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
